Manager - Production & Design - Automated Doors Manufacturing (8-15 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement for Manager - Production cum Design with a leading company in manufacturing of Automated High speed doors, Traffic Doors, Hanger Doors, Sectional Doors, Dock levers, Dock shelters, Siser Lift), rolling shutters etc.
Location : Muscat, Oman
Qualification : BE Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
Experience : 10-12 year's relevant experience in design and manufacturing process of customized solutions for Specialty Doors in the Construction filed & end user Sector.
Product Knowledge :
- Expert knowledge in Design and Manufacturing of Specialty doors (High Speed Door, Traffic Doors, Hanger Doors, Sectional Doors, Dock levers, Dock shelters, Siser Lift), rolling shutters etc.
- Experience in Managing Architectural Steel Metal Factory involving Various CNC Machines and handling more than 150 technicians/employees.
- Experience in handling with certification bodies for testing and approval process of doors under different standards.
Market Knowledge :
- Experience in setting up of new factories.
- Knowledge of Architects & Engineering Consultants, and educating the End users
- Tendering procedures &Customer purchase pattern
- Industry knowledge and trends.
Characteristics :
- Self-motivated and flexible and independent.
- Well-disciplined with good time management skills and setting out priorities.
- Good Technical Background
