Manager - Production - Food Processing (8-12 yrs)
Eligibilty Criteria :
1) Candidate must be experienced in Extruded Snacks.
2) Should have worked with any of the following companies- ITC, Haldiram, Prataap Snacks/Yellow Diamond, Cracks India, Balaji
Job Description :
- Have good understanding of the machinery in his/her section of the factory.
- Ensure it is being operated safely and efficiently whilst maintaining product and company standards.
- Manage both resources and people in order to achieve tasks.
- Fill in and report any information requested by the factory manager.
- Responsible for all cleanliness of the machinery and the surrounding area.
- Report any faults in machinery of personnel issues.
- Look out for the welfare and safety of any personnel.
- Stagger and manager breaks/lunch to ensure that operational integrity of the section is maintained.
- Make improvements and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the plant.
- Assure that quality and output standards as set by the company management are met at all times.
- Work with QC to rectify any deviations from the above.
- Any other duties as may be directed by management that contribute to the efficient operation of any factory.
