Job Description :
- Experience of handling either Alpha & Beta is a must. But should have knowledge of both.
- Manpower Management
- Production planning for the month as per the target.
- Complete day to day production activities
- Prepare raw material schedule for the month.
- Coordinate with ETP/ Utility, Maintenance and all supporting requirement in the plant.
- Control yield, productivity and quality.
- Organized shift and distribute production as per the planning.
- Maintain records of raw material consumption and production output (FG) related data.
- Coordination with QC and application lab on day to day basis for regular planned production batches for blending and packing activities in their respective plant.
- Training & Development of subordinates, Development of technical skill of sub ordinates with continuous technical discussion/ interaction during daily activities / giving job based specific technical tasks
- Coordination with Safety department for training and managing break down related activities.
