Manager - Production - Lithium Ion BMS (5-8 yrs)
Production Manager Roles & Responsibilities :
- Planning & Organizing Production & Maintenance schedules
- Responsible for Production, Process & customer quality and make sure that the process controls are in line with the requirements .
- Capability to lead a team of 25- 40 people
- Must have exposure to Electronic /Battery Assembly process
- Must have exposure to APQP, PPAP process
- Must have systems knowledge on Quality Systems like IATF, OHSAS .
- Responsible for plant equipment, people safety & should demonstrate high standards in safety requirements .
- Must be able to maintain shop floor harmony by establishing a good relationship between the shop floor work space &supervisors .
- Assessing resources and budgeting for the Production department .
- Possess excellent communication skills
