Manager - Production Planning & Control (3-5 yrs)

- Review raw material requirement for in-house manufacturing plan of the components and support role in bought out parts schedule follow-up with vendors.
- Procurement of raw material @ Supplier End.
- Manage subcontracting activities & logistics.
- Monitor execution of job orders and adjust job schedule to meet the deadlines.
- Oversee the receipt and movement of released project kits to all necessary production & assembly area.
- Review daily reports to identify and address equipment malfunctions, material shortages and other issues hampering production.
- Expedite material shortages by coordinating with Production Planning and Scheduling department.
- Ensure smooth movement of BOP stock/ Raw Material from the store by taking through proper Identification and Storage for FIFO.
- Review stock variance and ensure action plan implementation.
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
