Manager - Project Engineering (15-25 yrs)
Responsibilities:
-  Responsible for delivery of all aspects of Engineering within Technical/Commercial/Schedule and quality requirements for Project Engineering.
-  Provide technical guidance on the basic, procurement and detail engineering aspects
-  Excellent knowledge on the individual discipline engineering and deliverables
-  Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings 
-  Ability to review P&ID, PFD & BFD
-  Ability to assess quantum of work, provide engineering estimates
-  Performs discipline design tasks which regularly require the application of fundamental engineering concepts.
-  Should have a fundamental understanding of water and waste water treatment plant product lines.
-  Able to make decisions in a timely manner with full understanding of those decisions which are based on accurate analysis
-  Able to suggest improvements to products and existing work methods keeping abreast of Industry developments
-  Recognizes emerging patters and makes connection among data and issues; identifies and responds to dynamic business changes and drives business Y's in the department
-  Think outside of the box to provide competent and technical solutions
-  Communicates clearly, concisely and confidently with Internal/External stakeholders
-  Negotiates effectively with Internal/External stakeholders
-  Interacts effectively with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
-  Being fully aware of the operational Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for the teams, projects and able to prioritize, optimize and democratize resources across teams for efficiency and effectiveness.
-  Able to front-end team challenges and constraints and resolves in the best possible manner by showing collaborative stake holder ship.
-  Builds effective relationship with clients, suppliers and colleagues
-  Shows an understanding of the need to minimize commercial risks to the organization.
-  Identifies problems and acts on them accordingly, involving others where necessary.
-  Assesses the likelihood of potential problems occurring and takes appropriate action.
-  Learns from own and other mistakes to avoid them re-occurring
-  Drive team to deliver and enable them by removing constraints/conflicts, provide resources needed to attain the goal
-  Enable Intra and inter team engagement to meet the customer's goal
-  Leads by demonstrating integrity, accepting responsibility and being accountable for individual discipline results
-  Communicates key information clearly and works closely with internal & external customers to influence technical decisions and strategy.
-  Demonstrates confident, positive, enthusiastic approach to work, motivation, commitment and perseverance when required.

-  Partners in the career journey of the team members through facilitation, calibration, capability, enrichment.
-  Work in partnership with direct reports in setting and monitoring personal goals.
-  Develop work methods, policies and procedures to deliver quality output by the discipline managers
-  Motivates discipline engineers in creating quality products which meet or exceed customer expectations
-  Follow company health & safety procedures and encourages others to do the same.
Education/Equivalent:
-  Engineering Degree -Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 15+yrs
