Manager - Project - EPC (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- End to end project and construction management of site projects across PAN INDIA
- Detailed Project Planning and scheduling
- To monitor the project cashflow and work towards better working capital management
- Handling various Downstream & Midstream Oil & Gas Projects from conceptualization, execution till handing over, with command on directly managing and controlling the complete project life cycle, Pre-FEED/FEED and EPC, entailing planning, resource utilization, design, execution, quality management & manpower management.
- Ensuring development of project baseline/conceptualizing project parameters, rolling out project implementation plan, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time schedule and quality assurance with safety to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Stakeholder/clients management, Budget Control, Resource and Performance Optimization
- Leading Engineering, procurement, and Construction teams for large scale EPC/LSTK projects
- Regular site inspections to evaluate the work progress, and constraints & review the strategy to overcome the gaps and improve the progress.
- Supervising all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities including HSE management.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the site team, technical support, and finance team to ensure efficiency in process and system to ensure project deliverables.
Expertise And Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering
- 8-20 years of experience in Project and construction management across the Oil and Gas industry
- Handled more than 500 workforces and 20+ project engineers.
- Possesses the experience/skills to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and any related structural documents.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Of LSTK/EPC scope of projects covering products such as tanks, process piping, fire hydrant and protection networks, etc.
- Experience with the general contractor and safety & quality requirements for site activities and can resolve customer issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience coordinating, facilitating discussions, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
