Position Project and Planning Manager

Job Summary:

Drive the entire order to cash process in the company through systematic planning and coordination of execution to meet goals on timely delivery while manging costs. Maintain clear communication with Customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

- Own the end-to-end process from order to cash process.

o Post order Customer Approvals

o MRP run

o Production Planning and monitoring

o Customer coordination for inspections, despatch clearance and payment collection.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

- Be the single point contact for Customers and Sales for progress on orders and to Operations for project priorities.

- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on project status, payment and delivery.

- Coordinate with Sales for order forecast to plan production capacity and committing delivery dates for new orders.

Desired Profile:

- Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Production, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics.

- 10+ years of proven experience in project management and production planning in a low volume high variety Customised to Order environment.

- Good knowledge of MS-Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table), ERP, and other related office tools.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to manage project budgets effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders (both internal and external).
