JD :
- Strong Civil engineering basics along with fair knowledge on applied design, Project planning and monitoring tools, various construction execution approaches/technologies, Resource planning, site supervision/monitoring and hands-on relevant IS codes.
- Knowledge and experience of working in CGMP Pharma formulations and API projects with project size of more than 100 crore
- Civil estimation, tendering and shortlisting of competent /resourceful contractor
- Civil conceptual layouts and architectural requirements.
- Selection of appropriate specs, design and make for the purpose.
- Preparation of project schedule, Project budgeting and monitoring of same
- Accountable for timely and budgetary project execution at site.
- Handling of civil contractor to ensure completion of work as per schedule agreed with them along with closure of contracts with reconciliation and bill verification
- Responsible for quality and workmanship of site construction project activities.
- Verification of construction, Technical specs along with review of vendor documents / Drawings
- Creation of Project MIS and circulating at predefined frequency
- Good communication skills, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Managementx
