Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee Projects, Designing, and Sales with a specialization in AutoCAD for our HVAC-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, encompassing design, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Execution :

- Oversee and manage the execution of HVAC-related projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

2. Designing :

- Utilize AutoCAD expertise to create and review HVAC system designs.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with project requirements.

3. Sales :

- Engage in the sales process, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the projects and sales portfolio.

4. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and providing regular project updates.

5. Communication :

- Demonstrate effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports and presentations.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution, designing, and sales.

- Graduation with a minimum qualification year of 2019.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for HVAC system design.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
