Manager - Purchase (10-20 yrs)
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Operations : Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and consumables; negotiate for optimal pricing and delivery.
- Vendor Management : Identify, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers; monitor performance and ensure compliance.
- Inventory & Cost Control : Maintain adequate stock levels, support budgeting, and drive cost efficiency.
- Documentation & Systems : Manage purchase orders and approvals through ERP systems; ensure compliance and reporting.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
