Manager - Purchase - Automobile (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking out for the role of Manager Purchase for one of the client for their Auto components manufacturing unit. The job responsibilities would be as mentioned below
Team Management :
- Manage team of Purchase immediately (4-5 member team) and entire SCM in future.
- Responsible for team building, teams career progression and overall functioning
Purchase Management :
- Control Raw material cost
- Lead and Drive cost saving initiatives.
- Familiar with import purchase.
- Ensure adherence to purchase targets (Purchase value, 100% material availability etc)
Supplier Management:
- Manage suppliers on all QCDDM parameters.
- Support purchase team members on all the critical issues with respect to suppliers.
- Cost negotiation
- Leadership/Peer reporting:
- Able to report MIS as per business needs
- Ability to respond to Leadership expectations is must.
- Peer interaction in the organization
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
