Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sourcing Plumbing, Electrical, Electronics materials and identifying new vendors and maintaining vendor databases.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors
- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project/product
- To handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- To negotiate with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing.
- Able to plan and implement sourcing vendors and purchasing strategies.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting and purchase management.
- To determine quality, quantity and timing of material delivery.
- To Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier chain.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree
- Cross border and International purchase experience is an added advantage.
