Hiring "Manager-Purchase" from a formulation manufacturing plant.Currently deals in API Purchase in the international market (Africa/China Preferred)

Job location:- Noida

Salary Offered:- 15 LPA

Exp :- 6 yrs+

Qualification preference would be candidate with B. Pharma or M. Pharma

Note:-

- Purchase exp from China Market is highly preferred.

- Only purchase of packing materials is not applicable.

- Current Plant must be Export Oriented.

- Pharma consulting companies engaged in export can also work.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1) Procurement of Active Pharmaceuticals ingredient ( API), Excipients, Primary packing material, secondary packing material, microbiology, Biologics, chemicals, solvents, RLD, sterile products, Admin, IT, special products, lab equipment, CRS, CMO products

2) Allocation of purchase request and approval of purchase order in system

3) To approve manufacturer / supplier for pharmaceuticals use through quality system of B&S

4) Source analytical and manufacturing Equipment with desire specification

5) Handling negotiations to deliver most competitive prices to help the business to achieve target / margins in timely manner

6) Agree with supplier for delivery date of procured items and ensure that its coming on tine with proper documentation in order keep running business smooth

7) Support quality assurance team to provide third party audit report or arrange audit with manufacturer

8) Support accounts department to release payment to supplier / manufacturer

9) To supervise existing members of staff, ensuring all works perform with them are inline with SOP defined by company

10) Provide all documentary support to regulatory affairs team foe time submission of dossier in different countries
