Education : Degree/Diploma - Rich Experience In Construction / Interior Company

Job Description/Responsibilities :

- Develop a good data base of all suppliers & contractors across India.

- Seeking reliable vendors/suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.

- Negotiating Prices and Contracts.

- Plan & arrange materials on time with best quality & price.

- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site on time.

- Source and develop new vendors.

- Get competitive quotes from vendors, make comparison, negotiate & finalize orders in reasonable time.

- Reduce material cost and increase savings.

- Identify quality suppliers and establish long term relationships

- Ensure adherence to QMS procedures in all activities in purchase.

- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data & pricing in the system.

- Prepare reports and summarize data.

- Track vendor performance by checking vendor rating and assess progress based on necessary inputs.

Desired Profile of the Candidate :

1. Candidate should have experience in Procurement of Materials / Vendor Management- for Interior Fit-out Projects in a Contracting or Construction Firm only need to Apply.

2. The candidate should possess good innovative, analytical & negotiating skills apart from good communication skills to interact with various vendors, suppliers, clients & consultants.

3. The Candidate should be result oriented and should have the ability to lead, Manage and influence vendors, clients & consultants in getting the materials at the best quality & price for betterment of our organization.

4. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge is mandatory
