Position : Manager Purchase/Procurement MEP

Location : Middle East

Main KRA's

- Handling the procurement or purchase activities of HVAC, PLUMBING AND FIRE FIGHTING for MEP Projects

- Formulate the procurement or purchase plan in coordination with operation and engineering team keeping in view the budget, specified makes and material required at site.

- To analyse and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in terms of description, specification, equipment schedule, drawings and quantity if inline to tender quantities.

- Direct involvement in the sourcing and assisting the Procurement engineers to request quote from specified make, review and analyse the comparison and selecting appropriate vendor.

- Involvement in technical and commercial negotiations, issuing letter of intent and follow-up for the technical submittal.

- Upon approval from Consultant, to formulate the contract agreement detailing insurance, payment terms, penalty, guarantees, warrantees clauses and issuance of Official purchase order/work order.

- To follow and manage technical approval/Material submittal schedule, Weekly & monthly Cost to complete report, Budget uplifts, review of Budget utilization against budget & Monthly Procurement report to Management.

- Coordination with Operation team, procurement expeditors and suppliers in order to have timely delivery and to entertain any issues comes up in between

Desired Profile: Candidates should have 14+ years of experience into Procurement or Purchase for MEP Projects

Must based in Middle East or worked in Middle east for quality time
