Responsibilities: Purchase right quality at the right cost. Ensure timely delivery.

Major Accountabilities :

- Responsible for all procurement for the company

- Experience in Procurement in Construction/Real Estate Industry

- Responsible for site identification, catchment analysis, market mapping, negotiations, property feasibility report, re-negotiations etc.

- Sourcing of product from the OEM's / Look at Alternative Options Based on BOQ & Getting best terms & Benefits to Co, right supplier at the right price & shortest lead time

- Understand the product indent for Sourcing provided by various departments & understand the product requirement and decide on buyer specifications in terms of Quality and Quantity.

- Manage the end-to end sourcing for upcoming projects.

- Identify the right supplier. As far as possible at least 3 suppliers to be identified for each product.

- Obtain Competitive Quotes & Preparing "Price comparative statement" of the product for negotiations on price, delivery timelines and other terms and conditions related to payments and mode of delivery.

- Visit to the supplier premises from time to time to check on the delivery status.

- Ensure reduction in cost for established materials vide negotiations and identifying alternatives.

- Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.

- Building long term sustainable relationships with the vendors

- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management

Skill : 

- Quality Analysis of construction materials

- Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites.

- Research orientated

- Having a very good understanding of Software- s, digitally savvy, Must

Education : 

Qualification - Graduate having 7-10 years of experience in the field of Procurement/Purchase of construction materials.

Preferred Age : 35-40 Years

Compensation : Maximum 6.00 LPA
