Job Description :
We are looking for a candidate with skills and experience Purchase / Supply Management from Chemical Industry.
Location : Mumbai, HO
Timing : 9 am to 6 pm
Vacancy :1
Preference : Candidates from Western Line
Salary : 6-7 lakhs per annum depending on skills and experience.
Qualifications and Skills :
- BSc. / MSc. In Chemistry with 5 to 8 years of experience in Purchase / Supply Management in Chemical Industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
- Handle the day-to-day purchase functions pertaining to Vendor Sourcing and Development
- Inviting Quotations, Negotiation, Cost Finalization & Releasing Purchase orders
- Handle Import Raw materials
- Arrange for Form 10, Import licenses, Insurance Policy
- Materials planning and co-ordination with factory
- Handling AMC for machines and equipment
- Co-ordination with Finance for payment of invoices & opening L/C documents, custom duty
- Maintaining MIS reports as required.
