Manager - QC - Microbiology - Pharma Manufacturing Industry (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Well experienced in all the Microbiological activities and in fulfilling the Documentation as per regulations.
- Leading team of microbiologists.
- Experience in Sterility is mandatory.
- Demonstration of Microbiological methods during the audits.
- Knowledge of awareness programs involved in the aseptic process.
- In Process quality checking and monitoring during aseptic process.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Complete coordination of documentation in Microbiology lab.
- Stocks Maintenance, indents and procurement of consumables in Microbiology lab.
- To ensure the products are made as per Current Technical Specifications.
- To ensure sterility status of finished products.
- To ensure the execution of all the action plans in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with other departments on day to day activities.
- To ensure the water quality.
- To evaluate the "Personal Hygiene" for the Personnel working in the Aseptic Areas.
- To perform "Sterile Area Validation" by using Settle Plate method, Centrifugal Air Sampler and Media Fill Study.
- Performed Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave) and Dry Heat Sterilizer (DHS) using "BIOLOGICAL INDICATORS".
- Preparation and Sterilization of different Culture Media required for various Microbiological tests.
- To perform Growth Promotion Test for various Culture Media. Maintained Stock / Master Cultures required for various Microbiological tests.
- To identify the Microorganisms by different types of Staining Methods.
- Documentation for all types of activities.
Salary:INR 11,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
