Manager - Quality Assurance (10-15 yrs)
Type of Experience:
- M. Sc. In Chemistry
- Certification in Quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean and QMS etc.)
Handled Quality Improvement Projects

- 10 - 15 years of Relevant Experience in FMCG/PHARMA industry.
- Proficiency in MS office specifically Advance Excel & Power Point.
- SAP - QM Module
- FDA approved Chemist
PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
A. Drive Improvement Projects, Enhancing the product quality, Cost and Process Optimization.
B. Monthly Quality Dashboard to CQA.
C. Timely Material Release in SAP.
D. Good understanding of SPC, RCA & CAPA, QMS, Training & Development.
E. Factory Quality Audits.
F. Managing & technical evaluation of quality lab team members.
G. Assuring quality compliance at JLL / 3P units.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handling of Analytical Instruments and their Calibration activities.
- Material analysis technical knowledge.
- Finished Product Legal metrology compliance.
- RM / PM / Bulk / FP analysis.
- Leading and accessing the Quality Improvement Projects (QIP), Continual improvement and six sigma projects in the factory.
- Active team member of quality system design (SOP, Inspection, Safety, Analysis) and responsible person for implementation of the same.
- Responsible for factory auditing (Own/3P) and compliance w.r.t QMS.
- Preforming SQC data analysis and proposal presentation, MIS for Head QA review.
- Performing vendor audit and evaluation for non-compliance report.
- Maintaining the Quality dept. budget and procurement finalization of testing equipment
- Decision on deviations and get it approved by the Head QA.
- SAP QM module activity.
- Resolving the product quality complaints at factory and report to CQA.
- Review of all Quality Assurance guidelines / activities.
