Manager - Quality Assurance (10-20 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Manager-Quality Assurances for a leading manufacturing unit based in Goa.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Field Complaint monitoring
2-Test Bed Failure monitoring
3-Incoming & In-Process material Quality monitoring
4-Maintenance of approvals (BIS, CSA etc)
5-Quality Cost monitoring
6-Utilization of manpower
7-Liaising with Customers
8-Bench marking of Quality Systems
9-Quality Planning w.r.t Non-Standard Requirements
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1-Product & Process Knowledge
2-Six-sigma methodology
3-National & International Standards requirements
4-Analytical skills
5-Communication skill
ROLE OBJECTIVE
1-Assurance of Product Quality
2-Effective & Efficient utilization of Resources
3-Bench marking
4-Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
A qualified B.E. Mechanical with 8 - 15 years of work experience in Quality Assurance is mandatory having an exposure in LT/HT/AC/DC motors industry.
