- Should have worked in the capacity of QA in charge in a process industry
- Ability to independently Develop & Implement Quality Assurance system in a process industry
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead team of inspectors and train production team on quality vigilance techniques
- Developing Quality culture & Implement internal quality audit system.
- Must have a keen eye for Quality
- Should have handled MR Functions
- A good team player & good spoken English
