Manager - Quality Assurance (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
1. To co-ordinate with materials, operations, design team, suppliers, vendors of quality assurance and control. ( Existing products and new developments).
2. Ensures compliance with the external and internal customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
3. Develops policies and procedures to ensure quality product
4. Advancement of quality goals and targets as part of the organizations' strategic plan.
5. Evolve and enterprise all inspection standard and quality control plan
6. Coordination with vendors and supplier up gradation to meet quality system requirement
7. Implementation of various problem solving techniques
8. Implementation of procedures to advance inspection methods, product quality, efficiency and morale by leading a team of material supervisors, internal auditors, and technicians etc
9. Mentor the quality ecosystem of the company to have competence and efficacy in the process.
10. ISO 9001-2015, Quality system expert to upgrade the current certificate and to act as MR after a year. Review of all SOPs, audit reports and findings, RCA and C&P actions.
11. To establish Failure Mode Effect Analysis ( FMEA), 8D techniques system of check and balances.
Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
