Job Description :
- Supervise the complete scope of the Quality function as the ultimate person in charge of customer satisfaction.
- Factory Leadership Team member responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured are in accordance with the company's quality assurance program and quality/reliability standards that satisfy customer specifications and expectations.
- Operator to deliver Performance Excellence for the Largest NVH product manufacturing factory in the world.
- Responsible for establishing End to End Quality processes encompassing Incoming Quality, Process Quality,
- Quality System, Quality Improvement and Customer/Field Quality.
