Job Description:

- Responsible for activities in the unit relating to product and process quality and initiation and control of corrective and preventive measures in case of deviations

- Responsible for developing tools for keeping MIS up-to-date and monthly reporting of Quality data to the Customer and Management team.

- Continuous improvement in projects identification, resource planning and execution for quantum improvement achievement.

- Developing Quality Management System, maintenance, internal audits, auditor qualification and co-ordination with external agency based on ISO/TS16949 in the capacity of Management Representative.

- Subordinate development through training and planning their professional and career growth.

- Coordinating 8D for Customers

- Analysing various processes/ applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.

- Liaisoning between unit head, production, quality, materials departments for better productivity & least ambiguity in areas of operations.

- Involving in employee coaching & counselling, appraising and reviewing performance, ensuring optimum performance.

Desire Profile:-

Education diploma / B.E electrical, mechanical

Exp: 8-15 yrs

Salary CTC: 8-12 lpa

Location : Sanand near ahemdabad
