Manager - Quality - Battery (10-15 yrs)
10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the lithium-ion battery industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., UN38.3, IEC 62133).
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality management.
- Effective comm and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) is a plus.
