We have an opening for Manager QC with my manufacturing client deals in specialty chemicals .

Position : Manager QC

Job Location : Kasarwadi ( For one year the job location is Kasarwadi, after that the person has to relocate to Dahej )

Educational Qualification : Msc / PH.D preferred .

Minimum Experience : 7 to 12 years from similar industry .

Job Description :

- Knowledge of Calibrating Analytical Instruments like GC, Karl Fischer, Instrument UV- visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR etc.

- Lead the department independently with best practices for QA / QC activities.

- Prepare Sampling plan in conjunction with the process needs.

- Ensure that samples are drawn from incoming, in process and final sample.

- Responsible for execution and improvement Quality test-plan.

- Responsible for coordinating, executing, reviewing and reporting Quality Plan.

- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, including calibration logs and training records

- Ensures that the samples are prepared in accordance with standard operating procedures.

- Ensure that analytical tests are conducted on starting materials, ingredients in-process samples and finished products, following specific protocols

- Ensure that any product is passed for further processing from any stages of inspection and testing only after conformance with the defined acceptance criteria.

- Provide timely and high-quality data reports that document test results

- Recheck out-of-specification results, using alternative methods if necessary

- Interface, maintain, and populate a Laboratory Information Management System.

- Working exposure and leading from the front for certification of Quality Systems like ISO /OHSAS.

- Follow documented Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS and OHSAS) and ensure that it is followed by all employees.

- Ensure all EHS standard are adhered to by all employees at all times.

- Take corrective and preventive actions on any noncompliance.

- He should independently handle and liaison with government authorities.

- Lead, train his subordinates to becoming performing assets.
