Manager - Quality Control - Industrial Product (10-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Heading and Leading Quality Department,
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, MR of organization.
- Drive the Quality team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Strong involvement in Process and Product improvement initiatives, Brain Storming sessions, Identification of Root Cause, implementation actions.
- Interacting with customers for Customer satisfaction and customer support.
- Implementation of action plans for reducing of Customer complaints, Internal Rejections and Supplier rejections.
- Adaptability to learn Product Knowledge and its Manufacturing Processes.
- Develop new systems and methods for Quality improvement.
- Vendor development and vendor quality improvement plans and supplier visits.
- Coordinate with order departments
- MR for ISO 9001 + ISO14001 + ISO45001
- Handle and face customer audits and visits. Vendor audits, ISO Audits.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualification & Specialization :
- ME (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
- Six-Sigma Green/Black belt certified
Soft Skills requirement :
- Analytical and Logical Thinking and reasoning, Good Knowledge of QMS, Lean Manufacturing Practices, Leadership skills and handle a team independently.
Knowledge and Hands on Experience of :
- QC tools, Problem Solving Techniques like 8D, A3, DMAIC, Various SPC tools and techniques. ISO-9000, ISO-14000, ISO- 45000 certifications, MR, CAPA,
- Reduction of Internal Rejection and Customer complaints. Product / Process quality,
- Writing SOP, FMEA, DOE, QAP
