Manager - Quality - FMCG Plant (10-12 yrs)
- Leading and Managing QA Department
- Implementing and maintaining the quality systems so as to ensure that unit adheres to FSSAI requirements.
- Monitor, provide support and utilize resources effectively to adhere to all quality, food safety, environmental and social ethical related systems such as FSSC 22000, within the bounds of Corporate Sustainability, in order to gain certification for these systems and in order to continue certification.
Other Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the numerical and qualitative staffing of his/her own departments, in line with the agreed operational goals and policies, to ensure that activities are performed in the most effective manner with the most effective use of resources.
Team Management - Supporting R&D in the areas of quality and analysis, to ensure that standards are set and implemented, and new products meet our quality standards, Informing Management Team members on QA/QC issues, to ensure that agreement is reached at the operational and tactical level.
Experience : 10-12 years experience in QC/ QA
Qualification :
- B.Tech/ M.Sc Food Technology
- B.Tech/ M.Tech Dairy Technology
- M.Sc. Microbiology/ Chemistry
