Location:

- The main purpose of this job is research and development of new solar

- Job Purpose technology consideringly current and future market trend and improve product portfolio, performance of the product and Raw materials.

- This R&D and testing of products and Raw materials to optimized Solar Key technology.

- Responsibilities Analysis and forecast for the new technology's implementation and Market expansion and customer demand.

- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.

- Lead the Product certification as per IEC and BIS norms.

Job Description :

- Build, Monitor and Implement R&D Programs and Test equipment.

- Analysis of Raw material performance for Solar PV Module.

- Analysis of Solar PV module performance based on IEC standards and provide recommendation for improvements.

- Prepare, Run and analyse PAN file and IAM on PVsyst.

- Technical validation and benchmarking of product documents, product drawings, product datasheet, In line with global standard and practices.

- Provide technical write ups and conduct product webinar on advance module technologies.

- Provide trainings to subordinates and manufacturing workforce.

- Prepare Yearly budget and monitor budget v/s actual.

- Prepare MIS and submit to senior management.

- Visit customer site and analyse the real performance of Solar PV module at Site.

Essential : B.E. / M.E. Electrical or Electronics

Qualification :

- Experience: More than 10 Years of relevant Experience in Solar PV Module Industries

- Technology leadership

Skills : Management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- PVsyst, AutoCAD.

- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.

- Planning and project management.

- IEC, BIS and UL standards for Solar PV modules and Raw Materials

- Team Player

- Personal Takes Initiative
