Job Description :

- Ensure that products meet local regulatory requirements :

- Compliance of country artworks with master artworks and local labelling requirements

- Compliance of advertisements, especially use of claims, with local advertising requirements

- Compliance with sales channel restrictions (if applicable)

- Ensure that local product handling activities (packing / repacking, storage, promotion activities, sampling) meet regulatory requirements

- Ensure full regulatory compliance for 3PM-products sourced under local responsibility (e.g. "local beauties") and locally sourced promotion articles

- Follow-up registration processes with local authorities(FDA, CDSCO/DCGI, Port authorities etc.) and maintain existing registrations.

- Ensures regulatory compliance for products

- Perform gap analysis to applicable regulatory requirements and ensure implementation of missing requirements.

- Should act as the direct contact person for day to day regulatory and in-market quality topics

- Ensures and oversees the implementation of and compliance to Quality Management Systems

- Distribute regulatory information, new process requirements and global quality standards received from Corporate Quality Management within the organisational unit.

- Drive quality programmes with respect to distribution and retail channels to ensure best-in-class in-market quality.

- Performing routine store checks and implement corrective actions for defects identified and train others on same.

Must have :

- Excellent understanding of cosmetics and regulatory requirements in India

- Excellent Process understanding Quality Management expertise

- Excellent Quality management and development skills.

- Excellent communication and relation management skills.

Salary:INR 16,00,000 - 22,50,000 P.A. 10 to 15 % Variables
