Manager - Research & Development - FMCG (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager R&D.
Ideal candidate is someone who has handled New product development

Location - Pune
Qualification - PG with B.Tech Food Technology
Responsibility -
He/she should have hands-on experience in scale-up of processes, conducting commercial trials and optimizing processes.
Well versed with product development process in food industry with strong understanding of translation of marketing brief to product development that is market-oriented.
Ability to work/lead in a multidisciplinary environment is critical.
Proven experience in any two or more of :
Knowledge on Frozen formed RTE Patty type products; Bread Crumbs, and coating system for such products, preferably bakeable coatings. Wheat flour and dough science
Experience on emulsion based sauces like Mayonnaise especially low fat
Mayonnaise and Preservative based, hot filled and frozen sauces / gravies / chutneys
Experience on Retort processing of RTE meals and other food products like noodles, pasta and curries in retort pouch
CTC can go up to 25 to 30 Lacs .
