Job Description -
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, formulate, and validate products with a focus on cost-effective recipes.
- Drive product development, ensuring compliance with nutritional targets and cost parameters.
- Lead pilot plant trials and prototype development for project evaluation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for existing products and new product development.
- Manage stakeholders, communicate technical progress, and support innovation projects.
- Provide back-of-pack information and nutritional value calculations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in design, utilities, and cost aspects.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain Consumer Quality Index.
- Develop research programs to enhance existing products and explore new ones.
- Share consumer insights and recent trends with the marketing team.
- Adhere to packing & labeling regulations, proactively update departments.
- Optimize product formulations with a focus on cost efficiency and zero non-compliance.
Job Requirement :
- Strong supervision and decision-making skills.
- Plant management experience.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity processes.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
