Job Description :
1. Must be able to do software/Firmware development for the product
2. Must be able to do hardware & mechanical development for the product
3. Must be able to develop the product from scratch by taking the problem statement from customers
4. Must be able to manage and direct the R & D department to meet organizational needs & to capitalize on potential new products & make the department profitable
5. Must be able to assess the scope of projects and ensure they are within budget
6. Must be able to evaluate performance of team members periodically
7. Willingness to travel across the country & abroad whenever required
