- Warehouse Management Ensure Implentation / Develop best practices of MWH/RW/COFOs, like packaging, Bar Code, WMS Implementation
- Process Adherence of Outbound and Inbound, Achieving of SLA Objectives
- Tracking of Stocks in Transit
- Develop Monthly Review process of all WHs / COFOs
- Claims Timely processing of SBP Claims for RCP/WTY Consumptions
- Warranty Claims from Brands
- Drive Repair & Refurbishment of PL Spares / Panels
- Monitory overall activities of Claims
- Inventory Management Accuracy of Inventory, Regular Audits (PI) of MWH/COFO/RWHs
- Liquidation of Ageing Inventory
- Maintain minimum Inventory at COFOs/ Defective Spares Life Cycle Management
- Process & IT Automation Redefine/Rewrite all processes, create awareness and implementation
- New Processes defining
- Training of SBP Stores Officer on SCM processes
- Automation of all major Parts Team related activities which takes high man-hour in manual activities
- Service Provider Vendor Service Level Management Monitor the performance of Courier / Transporter and take corrective actions for improvement
- Monitor the performance of 3PL and take corrective actions for improvement
