Nature of Experience:
1. Ability to handle the export business activities like logistic, scheduling, packaging, export documentations & its completion.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Evaluate inquiries for new products for technical feasibility study, and delivery period
2. Tracking & monitoring of all B & C items as per budget.
3. Ensure timely completion of activities of design, Process Engg, Vendor development, Tool room regarding new product development
4. Overall tracking of all the new products under development by conducting weekly development review Meetings (DRM).
5. Profitability study of by taking consideration of different types of fluctuation
6. Close monitoring of initial costing for bridging the gap between initial & final costing
7. Responsible for RFQ preparation, execution and analysis
8. Develop and execute long-term strategy deployment.
9. Responsible for supplier cost modeling, supplier opportunity assessments, supplier financial analysis, negotiations, long-term contract establishment.
10. Should have knowledge of certain commodity trends including: industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing material lead times, and technical/manufacturing processes
11. To prepare commercial offer/quotations and send to the customer.
12. To make/ discuss clauses of the Contract Review and come to a mutual agreement
13. To negotiate and get the purchase order for component and tooling cost
