Experience- 5 to 10 years
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility :
- Planning and Organizing effective Security Incident Management System and handling of impromptu situations
- Control of crime and management of fire incidents for protection of human resources and assets of the Company
- Improve CSI
- Improve Security, Fire & Disaster Management Procedures, and processes
- Ensure effective security to the human resources & assets of the company and it's vendors within the company premises with the help of external & internal stakeholders arising out of IR issues & other crisis situations.
Knowledge, skills, and experience :
- Educational qualifications ( Threshold educational background required to execute the role ): Graduate in any discipline
Additional Information :
Preferable experience :
- Security professionals with a proven management experience within the Security industry in Industrial Security/Armed forces/Police/CPMF/Corporate Security.
- He/ She must possess a sound working knowledge of relevant legislation & security best practices affecting the security role.
