Manager (Ex-Serviceman)

HIRING SECURITY MANAGER (EX-SERVICEMAN) FOR ADITYA BIRLA GROUP IN ODISHA.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the overall gamut of Security affairs of the respective plant.

- Maintain both intra and inter environment neutrality.

- Understand local environment and develop appropriate relations with local community to tactfully implement company polices on ground.

- Conduct risk mitigation measures to reduce security risk/emerging threats to all assets/personnel.

- Perform Y-Y analysis to arrive at the root cause of high frequency incidents.

- Analyse pattern of security incidents & suggest strategy for mitigating them.

- Respond immediately to any reports/complaints/incidents related to security & provide requisite support to the site management.

- Crisis Management - Plan & coordinate mobilization of men & resources during any unforeseen crisis.

- Build, lead, motivate and retain a team of security professionals to drive excellence.

- Plan and Organize training of security staff (both on & off rolls) as per the training matrix

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Leadership Traits, Strong Implementor of systems on ground, Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Analytical Mindset, Planning and Organizing, Decision Making

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS :

- Commissioned Officer from Armed forces / equivalent from Paramilitary forces / Graduate preferably with NCC "C" certificate with 12-15 yrs. of relevant experience, having age less than 45 years.

- MBA / Certifications & courses on Industrial Security from recognized institutes will be an added advantage.
