Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Process Engineering - Heat Exchanger (11-16 yrs)
Job description :
- Having Rich Experience & exposure related to process conceptualization of Heat exchanger manufacturing like Evaporator, condensers, Radiators etc.
- Knowledge & experience in finalization & procurement of M/cs, Equipments/facilities related to heat exchanger manufacturing
- Exposure to process validation of critical process like Nocolok furnace brazing
- Hands on experience in layout designing & m/c and Equipments Installations
- Very good in System compliances
- Very good Understanding of Process engineering functions, Drawing & NPD processes
- Good knowledge & experience of developing process documents as per IATF requirements or customer specific requirements
- TS / IATF Documentation.
- Hands free on developing process for new products
- Expertise in Process Improvement Activities
- Experience on VA/VE development & establishment
- Understanding of Tool, Die Design& gauge designing of sheet metal component industry
- Having exposure of Machine Design (Automation) during NPD.
- Process validation & documents of Project & its execution.
- Hands on experience in handling of Small Group Activities
