The Context/Purpose of the Job :
- Review the blast furnace and sinter plant process parameters, raw material quality and co-relate with day-to-day operations.
- To provide insights and valuable information after analysing various types of data. To study different technical and research papers related to process & new developments and drive innovation and process improvement.
Key Objectives and Job Responsibilities :
- ABP formulation for IMTG - ( Iron Making Technology group )
- Ensuring proper data collection and availability of structured data
- Data Analysis to find insights, trends and patterns
- Study of different technical and research papers to stay aware about the recent technologies and developments
- Explore new opportunities for process optimisation
- Analysis of failures and develop standards to avoid repetitions
Qualifications :
- Graduate in material science and metallurgy
