GLOBAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for coordinating the Supply Chain activities (Order to Cash) of multiple product groups viz. demand management, inventory management, material planning & control, production planning & control & team development.

DIMENSION / SCOPE OF THE JOB

Assist & support SCM - Head in managing the entire gamut of Supply chain activities, lead & coordinate with the Plant SCM teams, distribution & logistics teams.

MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSITION

- Should lead & coordinate the SIOP of PWT India.

- Should coordinate with plant SCM teams, Distribution & logistics team to meet the monthly sales.

- Should have the thorough knowledge of Demand Management, Materials Management & Production Management.

- Should have a good communication skill to interact with both external Customers & Suppliers.

- Should have good experience of the internal process control and process audit.

- Should have good man management and communication skills so that harmonious relationship is developed with other Key departments in plants.

- Should lead the Inventory Management & Control activities for the PWT India.

- Should lead the Cost Improvement initiatives in across PWT India SCM.

- Should coordinate for the distribution expenses control.

- Should lead & coordinate the business process improvement activities like ERP implementation, automation, outsourcing, packaging improvement & implementation of MMOG for key customers like FORD, GM & Daimler.

- Should ensure the team development by means of organizing both internal & external training
