Manager/Senior Manager - Design - Four Wheeler Lighting (15-18 yrs)

EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ Years of proven experience in automotive four-wheeler lighting / Program Management / Cost calculations functions with a large scale automotive. Must have expertise in R&D and big team management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing & Development experience into lighting, multi project at a time.
- Program management hand on experience, can work cross functional
- Able to do cost calculation
- Working experience with global customers
- Should know the cost calculation of product
- Work closely with top management.
- Monthly MIS reporting.
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
- High degree of communication and excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
