Manager/Senior Manager - Maintenance - Manufacturing Equipments (9-15 yrs)
- Ensure quick and efficient maintenance of the manufacturing equipment in the plant during the shift, and aim to reduce MTTR and MTBF
- Perform checks of all machinery (electrical and mechanical), tools, equipment etc. on a consistent basis to identify and resolve issues and ensure all machinery is up to working standards
- Check the settings of all machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure that they reflect the operational requirements of the line
- Manage a team of electricians / fitters and attend to all machine breakdowns in a timely fashion
- Identify and rectify all problems in the areas of mechanical and electrical, ensuring that the least breakdown time is taken
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations according to company protocol
- Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities and ensure communication of all the relevant information on breakdowns to the superiors
