Manager/Senior Manager - NPD Mould Development (12-22 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for liaising with the design team for component and mould drawings, finalizing a suitable mould maker with mutually agreed deliverables including deadlines, trials and iterations, to handing over the mould for commercial run with production.
- Responsible for maintenance of moulds periodic as well as break down.
- Will have to ensure timely maintenance such that down time is minimized.Cycle time reduction by either modifying the moulds suitably or suggest change in material / grade of plastic used without compromising on deliverables.
- Maintain Mould development status record right from initiation to receipt of mould including payments, delays, iterations etc.
- Lead manufacturing trials relating to product testing, measurements, and related documentation from initial tooling trials through production qualification.
- Provide technical support for solving product quality problems when needed
- Coordinate with finance for payments to mould makers
Salary:INR 7,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
BE / B-Tech Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Plastic Technology from CIPET / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, NTTF Around 15 to 25 years of experience in Mould Development preferably from FMCG background, at least 5 years of experience in a Managerial level role.
