Manager/Senior Manager - Production - Home Textiles (10-15 yrs)
The objective of this role is to ensure a total planning & execution of Production and Quality / timely supply of finished goods to honor the supply commitments to the customers in overseas market.
- Hence this role is highly sensitive and demanding work schedule for those who work on time schedules and commitments without attributing delay attitudes and be a go getter on tiring times.
- Looking for a seasoned manufacturing professional having hands on experience in handling large work force in multiple operations by closely interacting with Purchase, Marketing.
- Merchandising and SCM teams for Procurement, Vendor management, production / manufacturing scheduling and quality inspections to deliver time bound supply for shipments.
- Those who have handled large teams in a highly demanding and engrossing manufacturing HOME TEXTILES UNITS fulfilling the demands of various customers across the Globe is ONLY DESIRED. NON HOME TEXTILE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- Person willing to relocate with family to Karur will be only considered.
- Those having lesser experience may be considered for executive / officer levels in the same unit.
- Also looking for Merchandisers, Purchase Manager, Printing Managers etc. for the Unit.
