Manager/Senior Manager - Projects - Chemical (15-19 yrs)

Candidates from Chemical / API Preferred.
Job Description :
- Basic detailed engineering (BEP) for green field/ brown field projects.
- Responsible to Prepare Budget proposal,
- Responsible to Prepare & tracking of Project schedule
- Responsible to Prepare SDS and TCS of project material
- Preparation of Layout
- Verification of activity schedule, P&ID
- Preparation and compilation of technical data as per the scheme.
- Equipment drawing approval in coordination with process development and Maintenance team
- Job allocation to subordinates/service contractors, and track their progress.
- Regular cost analysis of project
- Timely Execution and commissioning of project
- Conducting a pre start up safety review of the executed project before commissioning.
- Implementation of recommendations by HAZOP team during HAZOP study.
- Analyze Critical path continuously to identify critical area of project and provide mitigating solution
- Drive key process initiatives from idea generation to commissioning
- Manufacturing Scale-up
- Technology Transfer
- Effluent Reduction
- By-Product Purification
- Process Safety Enhancement
Educational qualifications :
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering with reputed Institute.
