Key Responsibilities:

- Quality System TQM, QMS, Lean ( TS-16949:2002, ISO-14001 ) related activities

- Resp for achieving QA / QC PPM targets in Receiving, In-Process & final Quality Assurance

- Exp of all quality inprocess QA & QC activities in Sheet Metal for Paint Shop &Weld Shop

- Resp for achieving Quality targets in Receiving/Inprocess & final Quality Assurance.

- Responsible For Internal Quality Audits and Coordinated For External Audits & Management Reviews.

- Responsible For MR Quality, Internal Quality For Automotive Parts.

- Supervised New Projects Quality Requirements Planning & Scheduling Through Proper Execution.

- Successfully Established.

- Exp In Handling Customers From Automotive Domain Customers.

- Control Plan, Process Flow.

- Hands On Experience In Automotive Components, Sub Assembly & Assembly Components Mfg. Cells Quality Assurance.

- Responsible For New Product Development Quality From Proto To Sop In Pre Machining Line.

- New Plant Quality Initiatives' And Drove The Quality System Requirements In Line With Customer Requirements From The Project Stage Till Realization.

- Continual Improvements & 5s, Six Sigma, TQM, Statistical Methods, Defect Analysis And Other Quality Tools, FMEA

Desire Profile

Experience: 8-15 yrs in automobile/Manufacturing Industry.

Education - Candidate must be have BE./B.TECH/ (Mech.)

Salary Range - Salary :12-15 lpa

Competency Skills :

He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
