Educational Qualification: B.E Mechanical / MBA Operations
Exp: 11-18 Years
Work location : Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review of SOP (sales/operations planning) process that drive manufacturing plans (production, capacity and inventory plans)
- Lead time improvement for both local and imported supplies. Inventory control and identifying slow moving inventory.
- Driving the Business Excellence processes like TPM, TQM, 5S, Kaizen
- Vendor development & price negotiation setting parameters for new logistic flows from suppliers.
- Overlooking Supply Chain Management functions - Transportation/Logistics, Warehousing, Commercials & Accounts and Sales support Management for All India Operations Implementation of six sigma and TPM
- Responsible for ensuring demand / supply alignment, stock replenishment and supplier performance.
- Managing the process flow of end to end SCM activities including Purchase planning, stores, dispatch, safety stock etc.
- Ensuring customer service level targets are met.
