Skill :

- Candidate should have experience in Paint shop Maintenance and production (PTCED will prefer)

- Take care of 200+ engineers, technicians, team leaders, section heads

- Client is one of fortune 500 company manufacturing earth moving equipments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

General :

- Responsible for management of Services inside the client's facility -Production, Maintenance, Warehouse Management,.

- Supervise work in managing Paint shop Production

- Supervise Work from Maintenance services-mechanical and/or electrical schematic, sketches manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions.

- Supervise/Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.

- Conduct routine audits & verifications to confirm the completion of written / documented maintenance activities to confirm Leadecs operating system is implemented and functioning according to plan and in the case of non-conformance or system failure re-establish ideal conditions or make improvements.

- Coordinate with client production the availability of equipment and machines for planned maintenance (preventative, predictive, planned corrective).

- Create, update and approve Standard Work Instruction Sheets to ensure the standardization and safe performance of maintenance activities.

- Lead the Team Members and support areas (subcontracted services) to perform all contracted services.

- Perform role of Team Member when required.

- Maintain Learning Matrix and Flexibility matrix of team members in conjunction with the training manager, section head.

- Distribute and discuss organizational information with team members as requested.

- Arrive on the job, ready to work every day according to the work plan and schedule.

Safety :

- Ensure the complete safety of everyone in the work environment.

- Establish and maintain the 5S standard in your area.

Quality :

- Ensure delivery of services using root cause analyses, continuous improvement, and problem solving activities through data driven scientific methods with clients cross functional teams in all facilities service related areas.

- Measure and ensure the department performance to Leadecs and Clients SQDCM goals

- Maintain Leadecs SQDCM boards with assistance from Team Members.

Delivery :

- Assist in the deployment of Operations contracted and subcontracted services using ALL developed Throughput Management, Top 5, Problem Solving, Lean Business System, Lean Manufacturing Production System, First Time Capability, philosophies.

- Escalate issues and problems up to Section Head when appropriate.

- Provide leadership training for Operation team members as well as mentor and coach on-the-job.

- Evaluate the performance of Operation team members and provide frequent detailed feedback according to Leadecs and/or CRMS policies.

- Conduct Team Member appraisals, in your area.

- Participate in the hiring process for new employees, if requested.

- Participate with plant personnel in supplier equipment buy-off activities as required.

- Provide onsite services in accordance with the procedures and policies as outlined in the Leadec System. Access to the Leadec System is provided on the Leadec outlook express.

Cost :

- Actively drive out waste from all clients activities through the use of the ALL lean manufacturing production system.

- Be a student and teacher of the clients lean manufacturing production system.

- Provide services using most economical approach available. Support and advocate the lean production system, to eliminate waste.

Morale :

- Create a work environment in all service areas which supports clients lean manufacturing culture and positive employee morale.

- Resolve any and all employee relations issues for team members.

- Follow the Leadec recognition and discipline procedures to maintain high employee morale and discipline in the organization.

- Maintain the team morale and promote activities for team building.

Environment :

- Ensure all Leadec personnel and associated subcontractors comply with environmental regulations within the clients facility.

Soft Skill :

- Excellent English -language

- Customer Orientation, Should take Ownership, Computer Skills
