- 100% achievement of SS budget for the region/area.

- 100% achievement of SS budget in all the 5 categories (AMC, repair, installation, civil & stamping)

- To increase AMC revenue as per company's policy.

Service Outstanding :

- To ensure SS business is carried out on advance payment terms as per company's policy.

- In case SS business is to be done on credit terms the same needs to be back up by an approval.

- To focus and control >60 days outstanding as per the company's policy.

Customer Service :

- To ensure customer service is provided in all the zones.

- Provide customer service in the area

- To ensure efficient inventory control at respective zones/territories under the region.

- To ensure availability of updated service manuals & drawings in the respective zones/territories under the region.

- Efficient and effective management & control of service personnel in the region in a cost effective manner

- Identification of t & d needs of service personnel & ensure that the CS personnels are trained on the new products in the region.

- Ensure Compliance with all statutory requirements with reference to weights and measures laws.

- Ensure timely renewal of dealers & Repair License at respective zones/territories under the region.

- To ensure applicable ISO procedures are adhered to.

- To ensure complaint resolution as per company Quality policy.

Compilation of Weekly Reports :

- Compilation & Forwarding to Head Office (flash report, etc.)

- Compilation and updation of SS funnel at regular intervals.

- Support to Product Team for getting LES business/civil business new repair orders
